We collect limited account information such as email address and user role for administrators and DSP users. We also collect operational data submitted through the platform, including vehicle details, issue descriptions, timestamps, and uploaded photos.
Drivers submitting reports through QR codes or direct links do not enter their names or personal identifying information.
Information is used solely to operate and improve Reportal, route reports to authorized users, maintain audit history, ensure security, and provide support.
Data may be shared internally within an organization based on user permissions. We also use trusted service providers for hosting and infrastructure (including Fly.io). We do not sell user data.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards such as encrypted connections, role-based access, and secure authentication practices to protect information.
Information is retained for as long as necessary to provide the Service, maintain operational records, and comply with legal obligations.
