These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://reportal.cloud and the Reportal platform (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Reportal is a web-based platform designed to help Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) and administrators report vehicle issues, track maintenance activity, and manage repair workflows.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activity occurring under their account.
If you use Reportal on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so. Administrators control user permissions and access within their organization.
Drivers may submit issue reports through QR codes or direct links. Drivers do not create accounts and do not submit names or personal identifying information.
You are responsible for all content you submit, including reports, text, photos, and attachments. You grant Reportal a limited license to host, store, and display content solely to operate the Service.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operation, or upload harmful or unlawful content.
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reportal shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
